Compressed Air Combination Dryer

Combined low dew point compressed air dryer (abbreviated as combined dryer) is a low-dew point drying equipment that integrates refrigeration dryer and adsorption dryer. The medium freezer dryer has the advantages of no air loss and low energy consumption, while the dryer has the advantage of low dew point. The combined low dew point dryer developed by our company combines the advantages of both cold dryers and suction dryers, and maximizes the advantages of both by reasonably connecting pipes and capacities to achieve the highest cost performance. The combined dryer is mainly a combination of a refrigeration dryer and an adsorption dryer, and sometimes it is accompanied by corresponding filtration, dust removal, oil removal and other devices, so that the dryer can adapt to more complex gas environments.

1. The regeneration heat source (the suction dryer part has micro heating) adopts electric heating, and the regeneration step adopts heating + blowing cooling.

The high-temperature and high-humidity compressed air from the compressor is first exchanged with the dried low-temperature compressed air in the heat exchanger to reduce the temperature, and then enters the evaporator to be further cooled, in which most of the gaseous water molecules condense into liquid water and are eliminated. After that, the compressed air with very low moisture content enters the adsorption cylinder and is further dried and dehumidified, and the finished gas with a lower dew point is obtained, and finally the low-temperature dry compressed air enters the heat exchanger to cool the high-temperature and high-humidity inlet air, and the temperature itself also rises, preventing condensation outside the conveyed pipeline, and a small part of the heated dry compressed air is used for adsorption and regeneration, improving regeneration efficiency and reducing energy consumption.



The system is perfect and runs smoothly:Excellent refrigeration compressor and components are selected, the system is designed perfectly, and excellent pneumatic butterfly valves are selected inside the machine to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

 Electronic drainer:It adopts imported technology brands and selects an enlarged electronic automatic drainer to eliminate hidden dangers and faults caused by blockages.

Adsorption system:The design and manufacture of the tower body conform to the specifications of the pressure vessel, the selection of excellent desiccant, high compressive strength, non-hydrolysis, the adoption of special design, the continuous supply of air during the switching of the adsorption tower, the slow and stable filling program and switching design, the independent filling port and discharge port, easy to replace the adsorbent.


Flexible operation and clear layout:The panel is equipped with a clear process flow chart, which can directly display the operating status of the equipment, and the output is flexible and reliable.

The Luoyou series dryer operates continuously under the conditions of rated working conditions (i.e., inlet temperature 38C, inlet pressure 7Kgf/cm2, relative humidity 100% and maximum load 100%), and the outlet dew point will be guaranteed to reach the original design value. To choose a refrigerated dryer correctly, it is necessary to take into account the actual flow of compressed air, pressure, temperature, ambient temperature, and the required pressure dew point temperature. When the "pressure dew point" of compressed air is required to be below zero, a suction dryer is a better device for compressed air treatment.
