  • Normal Temperature Water-Cooled Freezing Dryer
    Brief:
    The condenser of the refrigeration system is cooled by cooling water. It is mainly used in the occasion of good water supply conditions, high inlet temperature and large air treatment brightness, because it is less affected by ambient temperature factors, so the outlet air dew point is more stable, mainly suitable for users who require stable air dew point and high ambient temperature. The compressed air enters the air precooler to precool and remove part of the water, and then enters the air cooler to reduce the temperature to 2 °C (dew point temperature), the water in the air precipitates at this temperature, separates by the air-water separator and discharges the water by the automatic drain valve, while the dry low-temperature air enters the air precooler, and then heats up with the untreated compressed air and heats up and output, that is, the treated dry air.
