Working Principles

1.Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Technology: This technology uses air as the raw material and carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent. Based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, it leverages the difference in adsorption selectivity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen and nitrogen. Under a certain pressure, the carbon molecular sieve preferentially adsorbs oxygen, allowing nitrogen to pass through—thus achieving oxygen-nitrogen separation and producing nitrogen.

2.Membrane Separation Technology: It utilizes imported polymer membranes to separate air and produce high-purity nitrogen. After being compressed and filtered by an air compressor, the air enters the polymer membrane filter. Due to differences in the solubility and diffusion coefficient of various gases in the membrane, the relative permeation rates of different gases within the membrane vary, enabling the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.

1.Adjustable Purity: The nitrogen purity of many nitrogen generator systems can be adjusted within a wide range, typically from 95% to 99.999%. This meets the nitrogen purity requirements of various scenarios such as laboratories, food packaging, and laser cutting.

2.Low Operating Cost: Nitrogen generator systems produce nitrogen using nitrogen from the air, requiring only a certain amount of electrical energy. Compared with the traditional method of purchasing bottled nitrogen or liquid nitrogen, they effectively reduce the cost of nitrogen acquisition in long-term use.

3.Safe and Reliable: Some devices are equipped with ASME-certified pressure vessels, ensuring safety during operation. Meanwhile, some nitrogen generators do not require high-temperature heating to remove hydrocarbons, eliminating potential safety hazards in scenarios like laboratories.

4.High Degree of Automation: They can operate automatically with the help of imported PLCs. The flow rate, pressure, and purity of nitrogen are adjustable and can be continuously displayed. Additionally, they can be equipped with a touchscreen control system, which can display parameters such as nitrogen purity, flow rate, pressure, and fault signals in real time. Remote monitoring and control are also supported, enabling unmanned operation.

5.Compact Structure: With an overall compact design, most systems adopt a skid-mounted structure, occupying a small area and requiring no large-scale infrastructure investment. They can produce nitrogen on-site once connected to a power source.

Application Fields

1.Oil and Gas Industry: Suitable for nitrogen protection, transportation, blanketing, purging, emergency rescue, maintenance, and nitrogen injection for oil recovery in onshore, coastal, and deep-sea oil and gas exploitation. It features high safety, strong environmental adaptability, and continuous production capacity.

2.Chemical Industry: Used in petrochemicals, coal chemical industry, salt chemical industry, natural gas chemical industry, fine chemicals, and their derivative chemical product processing. Nitrogen here is mainly used for blanketing, purging, purging, cleaning, pressure conveying, chemical reaction stirring, chemical fiber production protection, and nitrogen-filled protection.

3.Metallurgical Industry: Applicable to processes such as heat treatment, bright annealing, protective heating, powder metallurgy, copper and aluminum processing, magnetic material sintering, precious metal processing, and bearing production. It is characterized by high purity and continuous nitrogen supply.

4.Food and Beverage Industry: Primarily used for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) of food. By filling nitrogen to expel oxygen, it prevents food oxidation, mildew, and bacterial growth, extends the shelf life of food, and maintains the original flavor and quality of food.

5.Analytical Testing Field: It can provide high-purity nitrogen for analytical instruments such as Gas Chromatographs (GC), Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometers (GCMS), and Comprehensive Two-Dimensional Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometers (GCxGC MS), ensuring the accuracy and stability of detection experiments.
